For those who like following the intersection of sports and business, BusinessWeek and ESPN the Magazine have teamed up to rank the 100 most influential people in the world of sports. Tough to argue with the choice of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell as the top pick, though the rest of the list is sure to cause plenty of yahoo debate (and traffic for BusinessWeek’s website). Fraudulent home run king Barry Bonds at 39? Please. He’ll fade away faster than you can say Mark McGwire.
