A shout out to my Dad, who would have been 87 today. The man we called the Big Guy passed away in 1992, and I miss him just as much now as I did on that sad day 14 years ago. Wherever he’s playing virtual golf today, I’m sure the sun is shining, the greens are perfect, the gimmies are plentiful, and the 19th hole has an open bar.
Nice tribute little brother Rob. You did forget to mention the amazing transition that took place when you and big brother Brian attempted the “Changing of the Guard” duty next to Dad’s bedside. That was the moment he took his last breath as he said good-bye to you both…
I’m sure we will all meet him on the 19th today-
